Customer satisfaction is our main objectives. We try to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with our performance and quality products. We always concern about sampling, production, quality, shipment schedules and the best communication at all times.

Quality comes fist: Our products are quality checked at every stage manually and technically. Quality checking goes through following process:

* Pre production check (PPC)
* Fabric batch tested before cutting (Dimensional stability, Color fastness, Pilling, Composition)
* Initial production check (IPC)
* During production check (DUPRO)
* Final random inspection (FIR)

Our quality program starts from yarn and end at garment packing. On every steps of production we concentrate to make sure that all the parameters of quality control are followed to get output of quality products.

GSP form A facilities: Under two stages derogation Bangladesh government is issuing GSP from A to the EEC Buyers .so we can provide GSP facilities for our valued Buyers.
